2) TipNut has an outrageous (56!) number of links to free patterns, including knit & crochet, vintage, and aprons for men and children. Just a few of the patterns included in the site are 50's half aprons with tie-pocket, Martha Stewart's Bakers Apron, and 3 Darling Aprons for Girls.
3) Tip Junkie has 24 free apron patterns with pictured instructions. To name just a few patterns, beautiful Krista Apron, Retro Ric-Rac Apron, and a No Sew Pattern (from tea towel) for kids.

4) Vintage Apron Patterns has a creatively cute selection of aprons including the Flower Power Jean Apron, Skirt Remake, and Quilt Block Apron.
5) Craft Stew has links to 38 free apron patterns. Patterns included are Groovy Hostess Apron, Adorable Napkin Apron, and Meow Meow Apron Pattern.
6) Free Needle is a directory of free patterns (2,498 links as I type) that allows readers to submit their favorite links. Patterns included are Pretty Paisley Apron (bhg), Cottage Inspired Apron (bhg), and Kid Sweater Apron (Green Kitchen).
7) Better Homes and Gardens has a nice collection of free apron patterns (see more bhg patterns in #6). BHG patterns include the All-Abloom Apron, Cute Spring Apron, Easy Retro Apron, and the Mother-Daughter Apron Set.
8) The Secret Stitch Club has tutorials for the Basic Skirt (apron), 5 Ruffle Anniversary Apron, and The Bath Apron. It's a great blog to browse.
9) The Apronista has a nice selection of free apron patterns and is always updating. Patterns you will find include the Housewife Smock Apron, Vintage Crochet Apron, and Nana's Reversible Half Apron.
10) Jane's Apron has a cute craft apron tutorial not to mention slew of inspirational articles focusing on aprons and giveaways.
11) favecrafts has ten free clever Apron Patterns. Crafty Coffee Bag Apron, Delicious Cupcake Apron, and Sassy Apron are just a few of the patterns you will find here.
12) Crochet Pattern Central has a variety of crochet pattern links, some requiring free registration, and some not. Patterns found here include the Cotton Apron, Plarn Apron (made from plastic bags or plarn), Sugar'n Cream BBQ Apron (super cute!).
13) Homemade Holiday Gifts only has one free apron pattern (that I am aware of), but boy is it cute! You only need one yard of fabric, or whimsical fabrics from the linen closet, to make this gorgeous Mother's Day Gift Apron .
